Sissons Barn
Equal parts elegant and down to earth, Sissons Barn is excellent if you want your rustic in nature wedding without sacrificing modern wedding sensibilities. The large windows combined with the white walls of the barn give the interior a light and airy atmosphere with lots of natural sunlight. The outdoor spaces available for civil ceremony are nothing to scoff at either, especially the Willow Room. Additionally, the venue is partnered with a catering company, a pizza chef, and there are drinks packages available to make your wedding as laid-back or as gourmet as you want.
Orton Hall Hotel
Modern convenience combined with period features and a luxury hotel with 20 acres of conservation land. Orton Hall is a 17th century manor that wears it's history with pride and uses it's unique advantages to become a leading venue in the local wedding industry. The hotel has some gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces and the team is up to help you with every aspect of your big day, from décor to suppliers.
Haycock Manor Hotel
A historic 16th century inn with well maintained gardens and riverside views, Haycock Manor has plenty to offer and and several packages to choose from. While still in the Peterborough postcode, Haycock Manor is tucked away the village of Wansford, so the location is perfect for a more quiet and laid back celebration. Additionally, wedding breakfast and a bridal suite is included in every package, so if you want to streamline your planning, this is a very good option.
Old Chapel Farm
If an alternative wedding venue is more your speed, Old Chapel Farm might just be the place for you. Located in the Fens, this short stay venue has plenty of woodland and crumbling outdoor ruin for the mysterious and dramatic. There's three spaces available for a ceremony, two outdoor and one indoor, and several options for celebrations and dining, including woodlands, a larger room, and an entertainment area. This venue is great for both small intimate parties and larger weddings, not to mention the picturesque nature and on-site lodging.
